I/we understand that this is an application for a rent reduction based on the information I/we have provided. I understand that this application will be reviewed by Room Plus Management and that, once all required documents have been submitted, it may take up 5 working days for the approval to be applied.I also understand that an approved rent reduction is only valid for month of April 2020 of rental payments and that longer rent reductions require another application. Rental reduction only applicable for 12 months contract tenants. Room Plus reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
