We're in the Day 18 of MCO!
Are you bored of eating the same thing for breakfast over and over again?
Let’s shake things up with a delicious and nutritious breakfast.
Step 1
Add 1/2 cup of Oats & 3/4 cup of Milk,
1 tsp of Chia Seed in a jar / container.
Step 2
Cover well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours / overnight
Step 3
Before eating top it up with some of your favourite fruits, nuts and seeds.
